2019 First Place Rising Star
NEW YORK (USA/JAPAN) Kaori Tokuoka, a Japanese belly dancer, is passionate about dancing to music. She discovered belly dance and started training in Japan. Her stage performances include the Bellyqueen 15th anniversary Silk Road Show (2013 and 2014), and the Natalie Nazario Japan Tour (2014 and 2015). She has been in the Raks AI Zahra troupe since May 2014. She currently tries to expand their performance opportunities and looks forward to performing at events among the belly dance community all over the world.
