2019 First Place Troupe
NEW YORK (USA) Raks Al Zahra is a New York City based dance troupe focused in Egyptian Raqs Sharqi and Folkloric Style. The members of the troupe are talented advanced students of Natalie Nazario. The troupe blossomed in May 2014. True to our name, embodying the beauty and awe of a blossoming flower, Raks Al Zahra emits the connection between our dancers on stage. The dancers that will be performing at the Heart of America group competition are Kaori, Jesska, Gabriela, Sophia and Natalie.
