SAMIA DU has over 13 years experience teaching belly dance. Samia also earned her degree in Education Studies from Eastern China Normal University (ECNU). She has studied extensively in Egypt, providing a thorough background in Egyptian dance. As an outstanding and comprehensive mentor, Samia has shared hundreds of tutorial videos, and mentored thousands of excellent dancers.  Time and again she has served on contest judging panels, and as an honored guest at dance competitions in China, including the Hong Kong Chairman Cup Dance Tournament, Taiwan Dancers Association Competition, and the Maccou Crown – Belly Dance Competition, among others. Samia’s native tongue is Chinese, and her language studies include Cantonese, Arabic, and English.
